On July 30, Qian Xiaoping, associate professor of the anti-corruption and rule of law research center of our hospital, was invited to give a special lecture on administrative punishment law for the training course of internal supervision of courts in the whole province. Chen Feifei, deputy director of the provincial court supervision bureau, presided over the lecture. More than 180 people attended the lecture, including the heads of supervision departments of intermediate courts, leaders in charge of supervision work of grass-roots courts, all members of provincial court supervision bureau and anti-corruption inspectors of provincial courts.            

Associate Professor Qian Xiaoping explained the legislative background and characteristics of the administrative punishment law from the perspective of the convergence of discipline and law. Combining with the relevant contents of the supervision law, the civil servant law and the judge law, he made a detailed interpretation of the object, type, condition and procedure of the punishment. After two hours of explanation, the participants' understanding and understanding of the contents of the administrative punishment law were deepened, which was conducive to further improving the supervision level of the courts in the whole province.
