From 8:30 am to 11:45 am on July 22, 2020, Chen Hongbing, professor and doctoral supervisor of Law School of Southeast University, was invited to Jiangsu Provincial prosecutor's college to give a special lecture on the key of criminal accusation Interpretation -- Exploration of normative purpose for more than 100 post prosecutors from all levels of procuratorial organs in the provincial post prosecutor elite training class.            

In the course of more than three hours of teaching, Professor Chen Hongbing analyzed and explained 115 common problems in criminal judicial practice related to crimes of endangering public security, producing and selling fake and inferior commodities, and disrupting the order of financial management, and explained how to explore the normative purpose behind the provisions of the criminal law. Professor Chen also shared his new and unique views on the theoretical knowledge of criminal law with the students one by one, which provided a new idea and new point of view for the students in judicial practice.            

Professor Chen Hongbing's lectures are full of enthusiasm and easy to understand. The problems of judicial practice are closely related to the professional theoretical knowledge of criminal law. The teaching method with strong expression and appeal, the solid and profound theoretical level of criminal law and rich judicial practice experience have been widely recognized by the students. The satisfaction rate is as high as 97.7%, which greatly stimulates the students' enthusiasm for learning and has a warm response.
