The book was published by Southeast University Press in December 2022. The editor-in-chief of the book is Qian Xiaoping, director of Southeast University Anti-Corruption Rule of Law Research Center, and the associate editor is Associate Professor Ji Yang of Southeast University Law School. The book is divided into two editions, Fundamentals of Supervision and Prosecution Relationship and Procedural Construction of Supervision and Prosecution Interface, and contains 32 academic papers, which focus on the theoretical and practical issues such as the basic theory of supervision and prosecution relationship, the interface between prosecution and prosecution in corruption cases, and the mechanism of excluding illegal evidence. The book provides research results that can be used to optimize the institutional operation of the supervision and prosecution interface and explore the rule of law path of state supervision.

This book is one of the results of the series of Southeast University Law Archive. Since its establishment, the Southeast University Anti-Corruption Rule of Law Research Center has been actively focusing on the realistic needs of the reform of the national supervision system, and has published the following books in recent years: Research on the Path, Model and Mechanism of Rule of Law Anti-Corruption (2017), Research on Chinese Anti-Corruption Legislation (2017), Innovation and Development: Research on the Reform of the Supervisory Committee System (2018), Analysis of Cases of Functional Crime (2018), and Research on the Reform of the Supervisory Committee System (2018). Analysis of Case Studies on Job-related Crimes (2019), Research on Strategic Issues of Pre-Punishment Synergistic National Anti-Corruption Legislative System (2019), and Research on Prevention and Punishment of Job-related Crimes in the Perspective of Modernization of National Governance (2022), and a number of research results with brand characteristics. The publication of the book The Systematic Improvement of the Supervision and Prosecution Interface Mechanism further expands the social influence of the legal research of Dongda University and fully reflects the resonance between the think tank research and the realistic needs of the country.
