In the afternoon of October 12, Professor Yin Ji of our academy was invited to give a lecture on the understanding and application study of the 2023-2027 Prosecutorial Reform Work Plan at the Haizhou District People's Procuratorate of Lianyungang City. More than 70 prosecutors from the District Procuratorate attended the training, and all the prosecutors from Ganyu County People's Procuratorate participated in the training via video.
Professor Yin Ji gave a systematic lecture on the background and basic contents of the Plan, the new adjustments to the procuratorial work made by the Plan, the main problems of the current procuratorial work and the modernization of the criminal legal system. The lecture was well received.
